Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – February 11, 2010 — Saudi Apheleon announced today that it has acquired all the business, assets and operations of the Education Experts Office.
As a result of this acquisition, Saudi Apheleon will now serve as a liaison between academic institutions throughout the world and students originating from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Apheleon will maintain correspondence and coordinate student activities with the institutions at which they matriculate. “We are excited about this acquisition,” said Ahmed Al-Rajhi, General Manager of Saudi Apheleon. “There are more than more than 70,000 students from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia studying at foreign academic institutions. Now Saudi Apheleon will coordinate much of the communication processes amongst the students and these academic institutions, improving the experience for all involved.” |

| Apheleon Group Enhances Middle East Business Presence |
FT. LAUDERDALE, FL –December 22, 2009—Apheleon Group announced today that it has enhanced the firm’s Middle East presence via expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Apheleon has solidified its existing relationship with His Highness Prince AbdulAziz bin Mohammed bin Turki bin Abdul Aziz ibn Saud. His Highness Prince AbdulAziz and Apheleon have partnered in forming a Saudi company known as Saudi Apheleon for International Economic Consulting. Saudi Apheleon has now opened an office in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The office will be staffed by Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi, General Manager of Apheleon Riyadh and Zein Saqer, Business Development Manager. |
